- Eat 1200-1800 calories a day depending on your body.
- Eat in 3-4 portions of meals throughout day each containing around 400 calories.
- Eat what can help you lose fat/weight, not what make you gain fat.
- Make sure you have the good combination of carbohydrates and protein in each meal.
- Drink lots of water. Water helps speed up weight lose. It prevents bloating.
