10 ways for perfect body

  • Eat 1200-1800 calories a day depending on your body.
  • Eat in 3-4 portions of meals throughout day each containing around 400 calories. 
  • Eat what can help you lose fat/weight, not what make you gain fat. 
  • Make sure you have the good combination of carbohydrates and protein in each meal.
  • Drink lots of water. Water helps speed up weight lose. It prevents bloating. 
  • Drink green tea. 
  • Keep track of your calories. Use food journal.
